Returns

Please follow these five easy steps to return merchandise:

1. Carefully read the Return + Exchange policies listed below (in the section "Policies") to ensure your situation meets the required criteria
1. Contact our customer service team by emailing support@shopedisen.com to begin the return or exchange process
2. Upon receipt of your email, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and a downloadable Returns/Exchange form
3. Print and complete the form and include it inside of the box
4. Carefully repack the merchandise in the original box, with the original packing material
5. Return the package by your preferred shipping company to the address listed on the Returns/Exchange form

**Please note that packages sent to EDISEN supply co. without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be refused upon arrival.


Exchanges

Due to the limited quantities of EDISEN supply co. merchandise, we cannot always guarantee exchange requests. Please contact us at support@shopedisen.com should you wish to exchange an item. A customer service representative will be happy to check available stock and, when possible, assist you in completing your exchange. Exchange shipping charges are complimentary for US orders and will be paid for by EDISEN supply co. for all applicable exchanges.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, EDISEN supply co. cannot offer international exchanges.


Damages + Incorrect Shipments

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@shopedisen.com. All damages/incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.


Price Adjustments

At this time, EDISEN supply co. is unable to honor price adjustments.


Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 7 to 10 days after the date of receiving and inspecting. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will fully process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.


Vintage

 Vintage items are final sale and may not be returned. Please inquire about a vintage item prior to purchase, should you have any questions, by emailing support@shopedisen.com.


Sale Return Policy

Sale items are final sale, unless otherwise noted, and may not be returned.


Policies

-      Requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date.

-      All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, in their original packaging.

-      Sale, Discounted and items listed as  “Final Sale” may not be returned and are considered “Final Sale”.

-      The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to EDISEN supply co. We do not refund shipping fees.

-      We highly recommend purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation as EDISEN supply co. is not responsible for lost returned packages.


Shipping

In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. In the instance of any unforeseen delay, you will be notified as soon as possible; and no later than 8 days after the order was placed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. On occasion, items ordered together may not always be shipped out on the same day. At times, items may be temporarily out-of-stock, completely out-of-stock, or back-ordered. In those situations, you will receive an email informing you of an estimated delivery date and/or a cancellation notice.

Once your order is shipped via USPS, you will receive an email with tracking information.  We ship international orders using USPS International Shipping and unfortunately tracking information is not always available. 

 
Shipping costs depend on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your address during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.


USPS First Class Shipping

Delivery typically arrives between 2-9 days after fulfillment.

Price and eligibility determined by weight and location.


USPS Parcel Post Shipping

Delivery typically arrives between 2-9 days after fulfillment.

Price and eligibility determined by weight and location.


USPS Priority Shipping

Delivery typically arrives 2 – 3 business days after fulfillment.

Price and eligibility determined by weight and location.

 

USPS Express Shipping

Delivery typically arrives 1 –2 business days after fulfillment.

Price and eligibility determined by weight and location.


INTL Shipping

We offer First Class International, Priority, Express and Global Express Guaranteed services through USPS.

Price and eligibility determined by weight and location.

 

Estimated Time Tables:

USPS Intl First Class: 10-15 Business days.

USPS Intl Priority mail: 7-12 Business days.

USPS Intl Express mail: 6-10 Business days.

USPS Intl Global Express Guaranteed: 1-3 Business days.

 

**Please note that international orders may incur additional customs fees for goods imported into the destination country. These fees, which are collected at the time of delivery, are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the recipient.  EDISEN supply co. is not responsible for or in any way affiliated with these fees or time delays. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 


Gifts

We are happy to send your purchase as a gift. Please include a note in the comments section, at checkout, with the recipient's name and address, and the message to include on the card.  Your package will be wrapped in brown kraft paper, tied with rustic twine, with the EDISEN supply co. logo stamped on the bottom right corner of the package. Please feel free to email us at support@shopedisen.com for assistance with placing gift purchases.

You may shop at EDISEN supply co., via our website www.edisensupplyco.com, 24 hours a day.  Customer Service Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8:30a-5:30p PST, with urgent requests, outside of the listed business hours, being addressed as soon as possible.
